Voting Rights Announcement (Stimmrechtsmitteilung) pursuant to Sec. 21, 22 German Securities Trading Act ("WpHG") in relation to P&I Personal & Informatik Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN DE0006913403) The Argon Verwaltungs GmbH hereby notifies pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of P&I Personal & Informatik Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN DE0006913403) exceeded the threshold of 30% on March 16, 2010 and amounts, as at this date, to 30,05% (this corresponds to 2,314,000 out of a total of 7,700,000 voting rights).
